As a dental practice owner you may not have previously considered becoming a Vocational Trainer. You would have the option of training and taking on a Vocational Dental Practitioner (VDP) for a year. Each week they would work for 4 days in your Practice.
Now this wouldn’t be for your private patients, but for NHS patients only.
